Registration

 
 
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS ARE IMPORTANT
(even if you  registered on-line in 2016):
 
 

  • If your child is moving from the U/11’s to the U/12’s you MUST provide a copy of your child’s Birth Certificate & upload a passport style photo (no hats/sunglasses).  If this is not done your child’s registration CANNOT be processed.

 

  • If your child is new to the club and registering in U/12’s or older, you MUST provide a copy of your child’s Birth Certificate & upload a passport style photo (no hats/sunglasses).  You must also complete a ‘MWFA Registration Form’. (Click here for link) Once completed this can be scanned in & sent to the registrar. If this is not done your child’s registration CANNOT be processed.

 

  • If you are new to the club and registering as a senior player, you MUST provide a copy of your Birth Certificate/Driver’s License & upload a passport style photo (no hats/sunglasses).  If you did not play for an MWFA affiliate club in 2016, you must complete a ‘MWFA Registration Form’. (Click here for link) Once completed this can be scanned in & sent to the registrar.  If this is not done your registration CANNOT be processed.

 

  • If your child is new to the club and registering U6-U11, simply follow the guidelines below. There is no need to supply a Birth Certificate or photo. Please email your appropriate age co-ordinator if your child wishes to play with his/her friends. (see website for details).

 

  • If you or your child last registered club was overseas, an International Transfer Certificate (ITC) must be requested.  An ITC is not required for a player under the age of 10 years. (Though documentation is required detailing your move to Australia)

     ITC’s are only permitted if the player is aged 18 or over.

An exception applies if the Player’s parents move to the country in which the new club is located for reasons not linked to football.
Players/parents should contact the club registrar where an amateur ITC is required.

 

  • Once you have successfully registered, you will be sent a confirmation email (if this is not received, you have not registered)

 

  • Please monitor the Pittwater RSL FC website for information regarding Grouping Day (U6-U9) & Grading Days for U10’s and above. 

 

  • If you are registering as a Coach or Manager: You will need to complete a Statutory Declaration from the ‘Office of the Children’s Guardian’ (Click here for link). Once completed this needs to be returned to the club registrar. If not returned by start of the season, you will be unable to coach. Please ensure that you have uploaded a passport style photo (no hats/sunglasses).

 
 
REGISTER AS A PLAYER
 

1. Login:

  1. Go to the MyFootballClub website: www.myfootballclub.com.au
  2. Click on “Register Now”  – right hand side of website
  3. Select “Player Registration”
  4. Follow the prompts to proceed to login pages, find your FFA number and/or reset your password
  5. Login using your FFA number and password

 

 2. Start Registration

  1. Once logged in, select “Make a Registration” or “Register Now”
  2. Update contact details if necessary. Please ensure you enter the correct email address & mobile phone #.
  3. On the next screen, enter the club name: Pittwater RSL FC
    NB: If you get a message saying there are no packages then click OK and check the club name
  4. Select the Registration role as: “Player
  5. Select the correct Registration Package that applies for your registration.
  6. Click the “Add” button.
  7. Click the Next button at the bottom of the screen.
  8. Read and acknowledge the Terms and Conditions then click Next.
  9. Click on “Pay Now” to pay online with a credit card (VISA or MasterCard),
  10. NB: Payment must be made before a registration can be accepted.
  11. Answer the questions on the final page and click the “Save All Answers” button.

 
Your registration has now been submitted. Make sure you have paid your fees and completed any necessary ID checks, etc.
 

 
REGISTER AS A COACH/MANAGER
 

1.Login:

  1. Go to the MyFootballClub website: www.myfootballclub.com.au
  2. Click on “Register Now”
  3. Select “Coach Registration” or ‘Volunteer Registration’ for managers
  4. Follow the prompts to proceed to login pages, find your FFA number and/or reset your password
  5. Login using your FFA number and password

 
  2.Start Registration

  1. Once logged in, select “Make a Registration” or “Register Now”
  2. Update contact details if necessary. Please ensure you enter the correct email address & Mobile #.
  3. On the next screen, enter the club name: Pittwater RSL FC
    NB: If you get a message saying there are no packages then click OK and check the club name
  4. Select the Registration role as: “Coach or Volunteer (if you have select Volunteer you will be prompted to enter what type – Team Manager’
  5. Select the correct Registration Package that applies for your registration. Eg Volunteer/Manager, Coach etc
  6. Click the “Add” button.
  7. Click the Next button at the bottom of the screen.
  8. Read and acknowledge the Terms and Conditions then click Next.
  9. You will then come to the Payment screen, this will show nil payment is required, on just click on ‘Next’

 
Your registration has now been submitted. Make sure you have paid your fees and completed any necessary ID checks, etc.
